Multi-Site SEO Management

Run SEO across every site you own from one screen — connect Search Console and GA4, see the whole portfolio at a glance, and get a weekly list of what to fix first.

Why managing SEO across many sites breaks

The first site is fine. You check Search Console on Monday, glance at GA4, fix the page that slipped. Then there are four sites. Then there are eleven, and Monday is now an hour of opening dashboards, squinting at date ranges, and trying to remember whether that dip on site number seven was real or just the weekend.

So a spreadsheet appears. It is accurate for about a day. By the time you have pasted GA4 numbers into the last tab, the first ones are stale, and nobody — including you — trusts it by Wednesday. The real cost is not the data entry. It is that with everything spread across tabs and sheets, you cannot see which site deserves your attention this week, so you default to whichever one you happened to open last.

Managing SEO across a portfolio is not a reporting problem. It is a prioritisation problem wearing a reporting costume.

How it works

  1. Connect GSC and GA4

Grant read-only access once per site. We pull Search Console and Analytics directly from Google — no tags to re-install, no data re-keyed by hand.

  2. See the whole portfolio

Every site lands on one screen: users, pageviews, impressions, average position, and dwell time, side by side. The site quietly bleeding traffic stops hiding behind the one that is up.

  3. Get the week’s priorities

Each week you get a ranked list — which site to work on, which page, and why — instead of opening twelve dashboards and guessing.

  4. Track what the change did

Note the action, then watch the GSC and GA4 lines over the following weeks. Outcomes feed back in, so the next round of advice knows what already worked.

What you get

One portfolio view, not twelve tabs

Instead of cycling through a dashboard per property, you get a single sortable table of every site you own. Sort by traffic, by biggest weekly drop, by position — the laggard surfaces on its own.

Direct GSC + GA4 ingestion

Numbers come straight from Google Search Console and GA4, refreshed daily. No CSV exports, no copy-paste into a master sheet that is stale the moment you save it.

Weekly prioritised actions

The hard part of managing many sites is not seeing the data — it is deciding where your limited hours go. Each week you get a ranked queue: this page, this site, this reason.

Outcome tracking that compounds

Log what you changed and the tool watches the result over the following weeks. The history of what moved the needle on your sites becomes the input to better advice next time.

Common questions

What is multi-site SEO management?

Multi-site SEO management is the practice of monitoring and improving search performance across a portfolio of websites from a single place, rather than handling each site in isolation. It combines a portfolio-wide view of traffic and rankings with a way to prioritise which site to work on next.

How many sites can I manage?

Plans run from 3 sites on Starter up to 20 sites on the Portfolio tier. The portfolio view and weekly action list work the same whether you have three sites or twenty — the difference is the cap, not the features.

Do I need to install anything on my sites?

No. You connect Google Search Console and GA4 with read-only access through Google’s OAuth flow. If GA4 is already installed (most sites have it), there is nothing new to add to your pages.

Is this an agency white-label reporting tool?

Not really. It is built for operators who own their sites and want to act, not for agencies producing branded client PDFs. If your deliverable is a white-label report, a dedicated reporting tool is a better fit; if your job is to decide what to fix across your own portfolio, this is the tool.

Stop opening twelve dashboards

Connect your sites once and let the portfolio view tell you where the week’s work actually is.
